Champlain Taekwon-Do classes are fun and challenging. Students improve their physical fitness, mental focus and character
development. Programs are designed to meet individual needs and interests at every age and fitness level. At all levels we emphasize the tenets of Taekwon-Do:
courtesy - integrity - perserverance - self-control - indomitable spirit
Little Dragons (5-7)
Little Dragons is a special martial arts program filled with fun drills, street proofing discussions and lots of encouragement. Students are welcome to be themselves as they learn about: team play - memory skills - good manners - listening skills - body awareness
Youth (7-13)
Taekwon-Do is a terrific after school activity. Our program reviews the 3 rules of concentration, street safety awareness and conflict resolution. At the same time students are making new friends and developing valuable life skills such as:
confidence - focus - self-discipline - respect - goal setting - commitment - achievement
Adults (14+)
Champlain Heights Taekwon-Do emphasizes traditional
Taekwon-Do work ethics, standards and disciplines. From the well designed curriculum, practical self-defense techniques, and great work out adults enjoy superior training.
After a short time students notice improved:
flexibility - muscle tone - body strength - energy - motivation
